The college’s Seasons at the Park Brasserie is a contemporary setting for a relaxed coffee, delicious brunch, a quick snack or a tasty three course lunch or dinner.
The Brasserie is a training restaurant and offers a realistic commercial environment for our students to fine-tune their catering and hospitality skills. Overseen by highly qualified and experienced chefs, our food is locally sourced and cooked by our students, many of them award-winning.
Our students value the experience of preparing and serving food for customers. They are studying for professional catering and front of house qualifications and need to demonstrate that they are learning the skills they need. Many of our students compete in regional and national competitions, and go on to work in top restaurants and hotels.
You’ll discover great meals at amazing prices with lunches for as little as £3. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food and the excellent customer experience and our menus are changed regularly to make the most of local, regional produce. Also keep a look out for our special theme evenings.
